End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between Mike Cote Tech LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the user (“you” or “End User”) regarding your use of our software, website, services, applications, downloads, tools, or related digital products.

By installing, accessing, or using our software or services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install, access, or use the software or services.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software or services solely for personal or business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the software
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
Use the software for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
Share login credentials or license keys without permission
Use the software in a way that disrupts our systems or services

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the software, website, content, trademarks, logos, features, and related materials remain owned by Mike Cote Tech LLC or its licensors.

This Agreement does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

4. Updates and Changes

We may provide updates, patches, improvements, or modifications to the software or services. These updates may be required for continued use.

We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the software or services at any time.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Using the software legally and responsibly
Keeping your account information secure
Maintaining your own backups of important data
Ensuring your device meets technical requirements
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Third-Party Services

Our software or services may connect to third-party websites, tools, platforms, or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or policies.

Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the software or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your specific needs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mike Cote Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, business, or revenue.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the software or services if you violate this Agreement or misuse the software.

Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete any copies in your possession.

10. Privacy

Your use of the software or services may involve the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law
