Was having trouble with downloading data from old laptop to new laptop and syncing using Edge & Google Drive as I have for last 5 years, plus my camera wasn’t working. Quality documentation, support, vision and expertise

Mike came to my house to assess a boot sector failure. He quickly diagnosed it as a failed solid-state drive, he had a replacement with him, he installed it, reinstalled Windows 10, with all the updates, ensured the Windows license was properly activated, and I was back running in one hour! Mike was very knowledgeable, and he only charged $25 for the replacement solid-state drive, which is pretty close to retail prices. So overall, I don't think this kind of service exists anywhere else. Oh, and BTW, all this happened <48 hours after I first contacted him. Amazing.

I had Mike repair my In Win PC which not booting. He was able to come by that night to help me fix my computer. He also tirelessly worked for several hours to get the graphics card to work.
