We are delighted to offer a range of convenient in-home tech support and comprehensive general tech services throughout the entire state of Massachusetts. Our services are thoughtfully designed to fit and cater to your individual and specific technology needs. When you choose to work with us, you will find that we bill our services at a competitive rate of $80 per hour for each hour we spend on site, providing you with the tech support you require. Importantly, we do not charge any additional travel fee, allowing you to enjoy our services without unexpected costs. We have a minimum charge of 1 hour for any service call to ensure that our time is effectively utilized for your benefit. Our dedicated and professional team is committed to offering flexible hourly service ranging from 1 hour up to a maximum of 10 hours. This flexibility ensures that we can address a wide variety of your computer repair and support needs, no matter how simple or complicated they may be. Our primary goal is to ensure a completely hassle-free experience for you, providing expert support right at your doorstep, precisely when you need it. Cancellation Policy

Policy Overview This policy establishes the procedures and expectations for canceling or rescheduling a mobile computer repair appointment. Its purpose is to ensure efficient scheduling, maximize technician availability, and maintain high-quality service for all clients. Cancellation Policy • Notice Requirement: Clients are required to provide a minimum of two hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time to cancel without penalty. • Cancellation Fees: No cancellation fees will be charged. • No-Shows: There are no fees for missed appointments. • Advance Notice for Rescheduling: Clients wishing to reschedule must notify the service provider at least two hours before the original appointment time. • Availability: Rescheduled appointments are subject to technician availability. The service provider will make every effort to accommodate preferred dates and times. • Multiple Reschedules: Frequent rescheduling may result in a requirement for a service deposit or limited future appointment options. How to Cancel or Reschedule • Contact the service provider by phone, email, or via the online booking system. • Provide your name, appointment date/time, and reason for cancellation or rescheduling. • Await confirmation of your cancellation or new appointment details. Exceptions The service provider recognizes that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur. In such events, please contact us as promptly as possible to discuss your situation. Exceptions to policies or fees may be granted at the provider’s discretion. Payment methods We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, Venmo, and PayPal. Payments should be made at either the beginning or end of each appointment.
