Our goal is to ensure that your home or business operations continue to run smoothly and without interruption. It is important to note that this particular service does not encompass repair time or the execution of fix services. Additionally, we do not cover the costs associated with the purchase or installation of parts. Should your diagnosis reveal the need for parts installation or further interventions, a subsequent service call may be required. This could include tasks such as the installation of new parts, reinstallation of the Windows operating system, replacing components like the desktop motherboard and CPU, RAM modules, video cards, or even a computer monitor. In such cases, customers will be presented with a choice of next steps, which may include opting to decline the completion of the service fix. We must also clarify that our scope of services does not cover certain hardware issues. Specifically, we do not service laptops that are completely unresponsive or "dead," nor do we address cracked screens or intricate circuit issues that involve motherboard repairs. The service provider will make every effort to accommodate preferred dates and times. • Multiple Reschedules: Frequent rescheduling may result in a requirement for a service deposit or limited future appointment options.
