I was very pleased with the services required from Mobile Computer Services by Mike Cote. He was prompt in returning my request.. he was punctual . . .offered helpful suggestions re my computer issues...and did all that was needed to fix my current problems...I felt comfortable with his knowledge/abilities...he was polite/courteous... I will definitely call him when any other situations warrant his services...(and that will be soon due to some desktop problems!!!) I would recommend him to my friends...

Mike helped me set up my new computer which involved transferring data from my old lap top. He was very thorough and responsive to the many questions I had. I plan on using his services again and would highly recommend.

Mike came to my house to assess a boot sector failure. He quickly diagnosed it as a failed solid-state drive, he had a replacement with him, he installed it, reinstalled Windows 10, with all the updates, ensured the Windows license was properly activated, and I was back running in one hour! Mike was very knowledgeable, and he only charged $25 for the replacement solid-state drive, which is pretty close to retail prices. So overall, I don't think this kind of service exists anywhere else. Oh, and BTW, all this happened less than 48 hours after I first contacted him. Amazing.

Michael fixed my laptop when I had ruined a screw that held in my battery. He came to the house with his equipment, he was respectful and explained everything he was going to do. He not only fixed the screw, he replaced the battery (I had purchased previously when I thought I could do it myself) and he ran tests on my laptop to see the functionality. After, he explained to me the types of programs that were downloaded that were draining my computer that I didn’t need. He was extremely thorough. I absolutely recommend Michael for all your technological needs.

Mike goes out of his way to really solve computer issues. I had an extensive gaming setup that went wrong. He was able to schedule an appointment almost same day to help diagnose. He goes above and beyond in time and effort to understand the WHOLE problem. Not just a quick patch. I will use his services again either remotely or looking at the hardware. Couldn't be more thankful.
