Is Zelle an accepted payment option?
We currently do not accept Zelle as a payment method. However, you can easily pay using major credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal. Our goal is to make every transaction smooth and convenient for you.
How do I make a payment using Venmo?
To pay with Venmo, simply open the app, search for "@mikecotetech," enter the payment amount, and include a brief description of the service. This helps us match your payment to your order. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us.
How can I pay for your services using PayPal?
To pay using PayPal, log into your PayPal account and search for billing@mikecotetech.com. Enter the payment amount and include your Invoice Number in the payment details to help us process your payment quickly. If your PayPal details differ from what we have on file, please mention this in the payment note. This ensures a smooth and efficient transaction.
What is your pricing structure for computer repair and support?
Our pricing is straightforward: we charge $80 per hour with a one-hour minimum. After the first hour, billing is done in 30-minute increments, so you only pay for the time you need. Some services are also available at flat rates for added clarity and predictability. This ensures professional, transparent, and flexible support for all your computer repair needs.
