Should the backup exceed the initial 10 GB limit, you’ll be notified and additional space will be billed at 15 minutes per extra 5 GB. Rescheduling Policy • Advance Notice: Clients wishing to reschedule must contact the service provider at least 24 hours before the original appointment time. • Availability: Rescheduled appointments are subject to technician availability. The service provider will do their best to accommodate your preferred date and time. • Multiple Reschedules: Frequent rescheduling may result in a service deposit requirement or limited appointment options. How to Cancel or Reschedule 1. Contact the service provider by phone, email, or through the online booking system. 2. Provide your name, appointment date/time, and reason for cancellation or rescheduling. 3. Await confirmation of your cancellation or new appointment details. Exceptions The service provider understands that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
