Cancellation Policy • Notice Requirement: Clients are required to provide a minimum of two hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time to cancel without penalty. • Cancellation Fees: No cancellation fees will be charged. • No-Shows: There are no fees for missed appointments. • Advance Notice for Rescheduling: Clients wishing to reschedule must notify the service provider at least two hours before the original appointment time. • Availability: Rescheduled appointments are subject to technician availability. The service provider will make every effort to accommodate preferred dates and times. • Multiple Reschedules: Frequent rescheduling may result in a requirement for a service deposit or limited future appointment options. How to Cancel or Reschedule • Contact the service provider by phone, email, or via the online booking system. • Provide your name, appointment date/time, and reason for cancellation or rescheduling. • Await confirmation of your cancellation or new appointment details. Exceptions The service provider recognizes that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur. In such events, please contact us as promptly as possible to discuss your situation. Exceptions to policies or fees may be granted at the provider’s discretion. Payment methods We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, Venmo, and PayPal. Payments should be made at either the beginning or end of each appointment.
